Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy (born on the 17th of October 1992), was born on 17 October 1992, and is an Indian actress. She appears primarily as a character in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam films. She was awarded the National Film Award for Best Actress as the actress Savitri on the Telugu film Mahanati (2018). Three SIIMA Awards were also given to her, as was an Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar is the child of producer of film G. Suresh Kumar, and actress Menaka G. Suresh. She began her career as a child performer during the 2000s, and later went back to film after studying fashion design. She played her first major role on screen in Geethaanjali (2013) in an Malayalam movie. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Her first film outside of Malayalam was Idhu Enna Maayam (2015) which she acted in with Vikram Prabhu. It was not a success at the box office. Although the movie did poorly at the box-office Her debut film is A. L. Vijay's romantic-comedy Idhu Enna Maayam (2005) where she played with Vikramprabhu. To make room for larger projects, due to her crazier schedule, she had opted from a few films which she then began working on. The films included were Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye (a romantic comedy) and Deekay's Kavalaivendam. She then worked on Rajini Murugan's Remo in two quick films. Additionally, Dhanush and she played as the main characters on Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. Though the release date for Janakitho Nenu is not yet announced, it is reported that it may be in September 2020. Nenu Sailaja was made in the year 2016 and featured in the role of actor Ram Pothineni. Keerthy first appeared in Bairavaa opposite Vijay and directed by Bharathan. In 2017, Keerthy appeared on screen in Tamil film PaambhuSattai, as well as Telugu film Nenu Local.
