Suzanne Pleshette, an American actor and voice artist from the United States. She held more than a hundred credits over her nearly five decades of career. Pleshette is a native of New York and began her acting career on stage. In later years she decided to gradually transition to film. The most notable films are 'Rome Adventure', 'The Birds', 'Fate Is the Hunt' it's Tuesday, This Must Be Belgium and "Support Your Local Gunfighter". Apart from her roles in films, she has played numerous TV films as well as shows. She was nominated 4 times in the category of Emmy Awards and twice for Golden Globe Awards. Two times she was nominated, Pleshette won the Laurel Award in 1963 for her film 'The Birds'. Pleshette passed away in 2008, was awarded an Star at the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
